Products, Pricing, Promotion Codes, and Payments

At Dr. Alpha (PVT) LTD, we are committed to offering only genuine products sourced directly from production houses and authorized distributors. Here are the key points to know when shopping with us:

- Authentic Products: We ensure that all products traded are genuine and directly sourced.

- Transparent Pricing: Prices are displayed in LKR and include VAT.

- Product Images: Images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates.

- Stock and Pricing: Product availability and prices are subject to change.

- Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

- Stock Availability: If we cannot fulfill your order due to stock issues, we will notify you promptly and adjust your payment accordingly.

- Promotion Codes: Only one promotion or gift voucher code can be redeemed per order.

- Special Offers: Special offer prices are valid only during the promotion period. Refunds will not be issued for items purchased outside the offer period.

- Security Checks: Orders may undergo additional security checks. We reserve the right to request alternative payment methods or cancel orders if necessary.

Delivery

- Customer Contact: We may contact customers directly regarding their orders.

- Billing Address Delivery: Certain orders may be delivered only to the billing address, with prior notification.

- Uncollected Orders: If an order is returned to us by the postal or courier service, the customer can collect a refund excluding postal charges.

- Non-Received Orders: Notify us within 45 working days of dispatch if an order is not received. Claims cannot be made after this period.

- Delivery Responsibility: We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation, Return, and Refund

- Card Payments: Refunds will be processed to the same card via the original payment gateway within 7 working days.

- Cash on Delivery: Payments will be transferred to the customer's bank account once bank details are provided.

- Order Accuracy: Check order details carefully before submitting, as changes cannot be made post-order. We do not compensate for inconvenience or loss due to order inaccuracies.

Complaints
