LOCAL DELIVERYΒ
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery for all accepted orders is done using standard third-party courier services. Depending upon your location, it may normally take 3-4 working days for delivering the order at your doorstep. For far-off locations like North, Northeast the delivery make take slightly longer time, depending on the delivery turnaround times of the concerned courier partner carrying your order.
Internally, we strive to dispatch your order from our warehouse less than 1 business day of you placing the order. But it could take a bit longer during promotions.
Since last-mile deliveries are handled by third party courier partners, we closely work with them to ensure that your orders gets delivered within the expected time. However, there can be cases of inordinate delays in some orders which might be beyond our control. In such cases, we internally strive to return back your received payments (for prepaid orders), if any.β¨
We donβt operate on Sundays and other gazette or statutory holidays. You will receive delivery information via Facebook message or via an e-mail.Β

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
When will my order be delivered?
The estimated standard delivery period is 14 - 18 working days, depending on the delivery address.
All international delivery options are fully tracked, and our delivery team will email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from the warehouse.
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
